FindLocalLessons is an online venue and directory platform operated under Top Notch Teachers Tutoring, LLC. Our platform allows independent service providers to publish profiles and allows users to search for and unlock contact information for those providers. FindLocalLessons is strictly an introduction platform. We do not participate in, control, supervise, or manage any subsequent communication, interviews, scheduling, instruction, or payment arrangements made between users. - No Screening or Endorsement
You explicitly acknowledge and agree that FindLocalLessons does not interview, background check, verify the identity of, or validate the credentials, qualifications, certifications, or licenses of any provider registered on the platform. The inclusion of a provider on this website does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation by FindLocalLessons. Users assume all responsibility and risk when evaluating, communicating with, hiring, or engaging any provider found through this directory. - Independent Relationship
All relationships, agreements, and contracts formed between a client and a provider are exclusively between those independent parties. No employment, agency, joint venture, partnership, or franchise relationship is created between any user and FindLocalLessons or Top Notch Teachers Tutoring, LLC. Any disputes regarding fees, quality of service, safety, scheduling, or behavior must be resolved directly between the client and the provider. - Fee and Subscription Structure
Users may purchase individual profile contact unlocks or membership packages to view provider details. All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateway, Stripe. You acknowledge that fees paid for profile unlocks or packages are for the digital access to information provided by independent profiles and are non-refundable once the contact details have been unlocked. FindLocalLessons does not guarantee the availability, responsiveness, or accuracy of any provider profile. - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindLocalLessons, its parent company Top Notch Teachers Tutoring, LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims, losses, personal injury, property damage, financial disputes, fraud, or misconduct arising from or related to your use of the website, your interaction with other users, or any services rendered by an independent provider discovered through this directory. - Modifications to Terms
FindLocalLessons reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your explicit acceptance of the updated terms.
